Services

For $30/hr I will do a swim assessment and sit down with the swimmer and review with them a plan of action required to help the swimmer worik towards achieving their desired goal in the water.

After the initial consultation, I will discuss with the swimmer how many times a week that I will provide in water or on-deck instruction. The swimmer will be required to do some training or practicing on their own in between sessions. For an additional $15.00, I will provide a practice set.
